Variety of arts events upcoming at The College of Wooster
The College of Wooster will present a variety of arts events throughout the spring semester. Events are presented by the departments of Music, Theatre and Dance and The College of Wooster Art Museum. Audiences will appreciate the wide variety of events that showcase the diverse talents of students from majors across Wooster’s liberal arts curriculum.
Here are some upcoming events:
—”Legacy of Light” by Karen Zacarias, Thursday, Feb. 27 to Saturday, March 1, 7:30 p.m., Freedlander Theatre. Directed by Kerstin Vaughn, visiting assistant professor of theatre and dance, “Legacy of Light,” a contemporary comedy, follows the lives of two women scientists in the 1700s and present day as they explore the meaning of love, motherhood, family, art and science. Tickets are available at the box office in Freedlander Theatre or wooster.edu/snippet/tickets.
