TOPS Nashville sees 8-pound weight loss
Geneva Pringle leads weekly results; club meets Wednesdays at Nashville Global Methodist Church.
On Feb. 11, TOPS1573 Nashville had an 8-pound loss with only a 1/4-pound gain.
Geneva Pringle was the best weekly loser. She said to reduce carbohydrate intake.
Lana Rush was the best weekly KOPS.
Bonnie Porter read portions of the January/February TOPS Newsletter.
Rush read an article by Bobbie Randall on the many healthful benefits of sauerkraut. It is packed with probiotics, fiber, vitamins (C, K, A, B) and antioxidants, boosting immunity, heart health, bone strength and possibly brain function. It aids digestion, strengthens the immune system and may help with weight management.
The club meets at 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays at the Nashville Global Methodist Church, with weigh-in at 5 p.m.
