TOPS Nashville members focus on accountability, attitude and healthy habits
Club hears message on building lasting change through responsibility, positive planning and consistent routines during Oct. 15 meeting.
On Oct. 15, TOPS OH1573 Nashville opened with pledges.
Leo
Tope was the best weekly loser. He
said to exercise.
Lana Rush was the best weekly KOPS.
The “Don’t Feed the Shark” contest continues.
Tope gave a program from the TOPS News July/Aug. 2025 issue titled No Cheating: Building Healthy Habits to Create Lasting Change.
First, people need to take responsibility for what they eat.
Next, they need to build a system of habits, enabling them to learn from their detours. They must not get down on themselves; rather, plan a better way when temptations come along. Their attitude affects everything.
Finally, think and plan positively.
The club meets at the Nashville Global Methodist Church on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m., with weigh-in at 5 p.m. The first meeting is free.
