On Oct. 29, TOPS OH1573 Nashville opened with pledges.

Geneva Pringle was the best weekly and monthly loser. She said to eat leafy vegetables and drink water first thing in the morning.

Lana Rush was the best weekly and monthly KOPS.

Bonnie Porter and Leo Tope were the top winners of the “Don’t Feed the Shark” Contest.

The club meets at the Nashville Global Methodist Church Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m., with weigh-in at 5 p.m. The first meeting is free.
