Ruegsegger promoted at First Federal in Berlin
First Federal Community Bank recently announced key personnel moves in Stark County while strengthening financial center leadership across its expanding footprint.
The bank welcomed Daniel Bryan as vice president and commercial loan officer for Stark County, based at the newly opened Canton financial center on Fulton Drive Northwest in Jackson Township. Bryan brings more than 25 years of commercial banking experience serving Stark and surrounding counties to his new role.
With the opening of the Canton financial center, Jim Marks has transitioned to financial center manager for the new location while Carrie Ruegsegger has been promoted to financial center manager in Berlin.
Marks joined First Federal Community Bank in 2021, bringing 25 years of experience with community and regional banking institutions. The Stark County native has been active with numerous organizations including the Holmes County Chamber of Commerce.
Ruegsegger joined First Federal in 2023, most recently serving as a senior financial service representative. A Dover High School graduate, she resides in Dover with her husband Bill and children Billy and Elsie. Beyond her financial center duties, Ruegsegger assists the bank’s human resources department with employee occupational and mental wellness initiatives and volunteers as a coach for Dover Youth Cheer.
