Kno-Ho-Co-Ashland CAC Head Start accepting applications for 2025-26
The Kno-Ho-Co-Ashland Community Action Commission Head Start program is accepting applications for 2025-26 openings at its Holmes and Ashland county centers.
Head Start Preschool is an income-based federal program for children age 3-5. SNAP, SSI, foster and homeless children are automatically eligible. Children with an existing Individualized Family Service Plan, Individualized Education Program or intervention organization referral receive priority points.
Sites are located in Ashland, Glenmont, Loudonville, Millersburg and Sullivan. Full-day and half-day classes are offered at most locations, with teachers holding degrees in early childhood education or development in every classroom.
