Friends of Loudonville Public Library to hold book sale
Proceeds from May 23 event will support library services and programs
The Friends of the Loudonville Public Library will hold a book sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 23 outside the library on the west side near the park, weather permitting.
The sale will include fiction and nonfiction books, large-print books, books on CD and children’s books. Most books will be available on a donation basis, with media and some specialty items marked with a suggested donation.
Books also are available through the Friends’ Bookstore, located across from the circulation desk, during regular library hours. Donations for bookstore purchases may be given to the staff member at the checkout desk.
Community members also are invited to become members of the Friends of the Loudonville Public Library for $5 per year. Membership forms are available in the bookstore and may be completed and dropped off at the circulation desk. All are welcome to join.
Proceeds from the book sale support Loudonville Public Library services and programs.
