Hartville Lions Club to host hanging basket sale
Spring fundraiser offers flowers for Mother’s Day; proceeds support community service
The Hartville Lions Club is offering a variety of hanging flower baskets for sale as part of its annual spring fundraiser, just in time for Mother’s Day on May 10.
Baskets are priced at $25 each, with discounted pricing available for multiple purchases. All proceeds support the club’s community and global service efforts, with no profits used to operate the club.
Available options include geraniums (red or pink), New Guinea impatiens (pink, salmon, red or bi-color), non-stop begonias (orange, red or yellow), Rieger begonias (variety of colors), fuchsia and verbena (no color choice), million bells/calibrachoa (multiple colors and combinations), and petunias (variety of colors).
Orders will be available for pickup Friday, May 8, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at a Uniontown location and Saturday, May 9, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Hartville Volunteer Fire Department. Payment must be made by cash or check at pickup.
