Marrison honored for excellence by Ohio Joint Council of Extension Professionals
Coshocton County OSU Extension educator earns first-place awards for weekly column and Healthy Living radio updates
Emily Marrison was recognized by the Ohio Joint Council of Extension Professionals for excellence in creative works.
Marrison is the family and consumer sciences educator for Ohio State University Extension in Coshocton County. For the fifth straight year, she received first place for her personal column, which is published each Sunday in the Coshocton Tribune. She also received first place for her Healthy Living Updates, which air each Monday afternoon on WTNS Radio.
Marrison said, "I continue to be humbled by the recognition from my peers. My goal and hope are that my writing and programming are relevant and will help people to have healthier finances, healthier relationships and live overall healthier lives."
