Wayne County voters to decide local offices, levies and liquor options Nov. 4

Ballot includes mayoral and council races, township trustee contests, school board seats, tax renewals and Sunday sales measures across multiple communities

Wayne County voters will decide a range of local contests in the Nov. 4 election including village and township races, school board seats, tax levies, and liquor options across the county.

With the general election slated for Tuesday, Nov. 4 in Wayne County, voters will see a number of village and township races alongside key tax levies and local-option issues aimed at shaping the region’s future.

Below is a list of the county's contested races:

Mayors

—City of Rittman (vote for not more than one): Charles Rudy Arnold, Grover W. Jacobs and Dru Zeppelin Sexton.

—Village of Burbank (one): Michael E. Graves and Anna Fritz Purdy.

Councils

—City of Rittman (three): David Fensch, Sonya Hayward, Nicholas Huff and Donald W. Sweigert.

—City of Wooster, Ward 4 (one): Tyler Owens and Carrie L. Snyder.

—Village of Doylestown (four): Christopher Gadosik, Terri Morris, Steve Muller, Tim Smith and Dale A. Youngblood Jr.

—Village of Shreve (four): Joshua Bevington, Heidi E. Garst, Jeff Hammitt, Alyssa Hilton, Josh Schupp, Paula Shearer and Michelle Walters.
