Aaron Nussbaum, vice president of logistics operations at Jarrett, was recently named a 2026 Rock Stars of the Supply Chain Award winner in the Top Warehousing Leader category. The award recognizes individuals whose achievements, hard work and vision have shaped the global cold food supply chain.
“Everything I am proud of has been built with a team," Nussbaum said. "I have never believed in doing this alone. My goal is to build something that lasts through strong teams, solid systems, and meaningful opportunities for people to grow both personally and professionally."
Nussbaum’s recognition reflects his leadership in transforming and expanding Jarrett’s warehousing operations. Over the last year, he oversaw the opening of warehouse operations in Salt Lake City, bringing Jarrett’s current total warehouse footprint to more than 1 million square feet. He has driven more than 3,000% revenue growth in the company’s warehouse division through hands-on leadership, scalable systems, and a focus on safety and efficiency.
In addition to Jarrett’s warehouse locations in Ohio and Utah, the company also offers integrated warehouse solutions in Pennsylvania, and a new site, currently under construction, will soon open in Wooster.
"From cargo fraud and natural disasters to ever-changing food safety regulations and (an) increase in tariffs and cost of goods, many of today's supply chain leaders are faced with a number of challenges," said Marina Mayer, editor-in-chief of "Food Logistics" and supply and demand chain executive and co-founder of the Women in Supply Chain Forum. "But it's their resilience, hard work, innovation, and attention to quality, sustainability and food safety that separates these rock stars apart from everyone else."
