Solid Dimensions, a manufacturer in the promotional products marketplace, announced it has been acquired by E.P. Gerber & Sons. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1994, Solid Dimensions has established itself as a manufacturer in the promotional products industry. The acquisition will allow the Solid Dimensions customer base to benefit from increased resources and scale, as well as 125 years of expertise from E.P. Gerber & Sons in wood products manufacturing.
“This is an exciting next step for us,” said Tim Parcher, co-founder of Solid Dimensions. “I’m especially proud of the fit we have found with E.P. Gerber & Sons. They share the same goals as we have in providing a quality product at an affordable price made in the USA. I am confident this move will enhance our capacity and capabilities as well as immediately add additional skilled craftsmen to our team.”
"We are very grateful to Tim and Darla for the opportunity to continue the work they have built over the past three decades," said Kyle Simmons, president and CEO of E.P. Gerber & Sons. "It was important to us to find a company whose values mirror our own, and Solid Dimensions has clearly demonstrated that through the way they have managed their people, their customers and their business. I look forward to the additional opportunities this acquisition creates for our employees and for the Solid Dimensions customers.”
Parcher will continue in his role as general manager of the promotional products division to ensure a smooth and successful transition, with plans to retire after a leadership team is fully in place.
