Derek Anderson joins Broehl Law Office as partner
Wayne County firm expands leadership with estate planning expert
Broehl Law Office, LLC, announced that Derek Anderson has been offered and has accepted partnership status with the firm.
Anderson's practice focuses on estate planning, including advising clients on and preparing revocable trusts and wholly discretionary trusts such as special needs trusts, as well as guidance related to Medicaid planning and spenddown. He also advises individuals and small businesses on business formation, contract preparation and review and transactions involving the purchase or sale of business assets (or a business as a whole), along with real estate transactions.
