Clem Snide to perform Dec. 9 at Wooster’s Lyric Theater
Acclaimed songwriter joins Americana trio Rye Valley for next Live at the Lyric! Presented by PNC concert.
Clem Snide will appear at the Lyric Theater of Wooster Tuesday, Dec. 9 as the next musical performer in the Live at the Lyric! Presented by PNC 2025-26 concert series.
Doors will open at 7 p.m. Rye Valley from Akron will kick off the evening at 7:30 p.m.
NPR called Snide the most underrated songwriter in the business today, with a firm grasp on poignancy and humor. Rolling Stone said his songwriting is soulful and incisive while The New Yorker noted his music’s soothing melodies and candid wit. He comes to the Lyric with Americana trio Rye Valley, noted by No Depression for their warm harmonies and Appalachian shimmer.
The Lyric has a lineup of upcoming shows including Djangophonique (Jan. 24), Whiskey Wolves of the West (Feb. 19), Leslie Mendelson (March 15) and John Gorka (April 9). Additional performances are being finalized.
The Lyric Theater of Wooster is located at 116 E. South St. in downtown Wooster. For more information or tickets, visit www.lyricwooster.org.
