Tuscarawas County Center for the Arts announces fall enrichment classes

The Tuscarawas County Center for the Arts has announced its 2025 fall enrichment class sessions for children and adults. Full class descriptions and details are available at www.tuscartcenter.org.
Adult wheel throwing, taught by Dee Grossman, begins Saturday, Sept. 6. Hand-built pottery, led by Melissa Gish, begins Thursday, Sept. 4, or Saturday, Oct. 4.
Children’s classes begin Monday, Sept. 29, and run for five weeks. Offerings include cartooning with Douglas Laubacher; clay hand building with Gish; clay wheel with Malissa Fox; painting and drawing with William Koch; mixed media with Jordan Chek; and ballet with Shellyn Leeper.
Tuition scholarships for children with financial need are available through the Jennifer Hunt Memorial Scholarship. The Ohio Arts Council provides materials funding for children’s classes.
