The Tuscarawas County Public Library has added a new Little Free Library to the village of Roswell, marking the 15th such installation since the program began in 2016. The project was completed in collaboration with Roswell Mayor Mitch Belknap.
The library's Little Free Library initiative aims to promote a love of reading and encourage the sharing of books within local neighborhoods. Each Little Free Library is a small, weather-protected structure where residents can take a book or leave one, fostering a continuous exchange of reading materials.
The addition in Roswell continues the county library system's efforts to bring books closer to people in rural or underserved areas, enhancing community engagement and literacy. For more information about the Little Free Library initiative, visitwww.tusclibrary.org/content/little-free-library-laundromat-carts.
