Levering elected secretary/treasurer of the Education Foundation of the Ohio Health Care Association
Country Court administrator brings leadership, commitment to new role
The Ohio Health Care Association Education Foundation has elected William B. Levering, Jr. as its new Secretary/Treasurer, further strengthening the foundation’s leadership in advancing workforce development and educational opportunities across Ohio’s long-term care sector.
The OHCA represents more than 1,200 long-term care facilities statewide, including skilled nursing centers, assisted living communities, and organizations providing services for individuals with disabilities. Through its Education Foundation, established in 1987, OHCA supports the next generation of healthcare professionals by providing scholarships across multiple service disciplines and delivering critical professional education resources to enhance quality care throughout the industry.
Levering brings extensive leadership experience and a strong commitment to resident-centered care to his new role. He currently serves as Administrator of Country Court Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, where he oversees daily operations and ensures high-quality clinical and rehabilitative services for residents and families in the community.In his role as Secretary/Treasurer, Levering will support the foundation’s mission by guiding financial stewardship, scholarship initiatives, and the continued expansion of educational programming that strengthens Ohio’s long-term care workforce.
Levering resides in Fredericktown with his wife, Shannon, and their son, Trey.
