The Knox County Chamber of Commerce announced two ribbon cutting ceremonies will be taking place this month. These events are a wonderful opportunity to connect with business owners, explore new spaces,
and show your support for Knox County’s continued economic growth.
The Chamber invites all residents, professionals, and community supporters to join them in celebrating these businesses:
• The Salvation Army Learning Lighthouse — Sunday, Jan. 18, 206 E. Ohio Ave., Mount Vernon, 2 p.m.
There will be a worship service at 10 a.m. with the ribbon cuttin at 2 p.m. and a dedication ceremony immediately following.
The community is invited to join The Salvation Army and the Knox County Chamber of Commerce for the
official dedication of The Salvation Army Learning Lighthouse and the newly renovated Corps Community Center. This
special celebration marks an exciting milestone in expanding programs, resources, and support for individuals and
families throughout our community.
Come be part of this meaningful moment as they unveil these enhanced spaces, recognize the vision behind them, and
celebrate the positive impact they will bring for years to come.

Celebrate with Absolutely Loved Learning Center as they unveil the expansion and the opening of a brand-new classroom
for their growing daycare center.
The ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on Wednesday, January 21 at noon, followed with cake and punch for
