Aultman announces Summer Symposium and Career Fair
Program offers hands-on look at health care careers across Aultman Health System
For students who are interested in using some of their time this summer to explore health care careers, Aultman is offering a free summer symposium.
Presented by the Medical Education Department, the 15th annual Summer Symposium and Career Fair is available to college students, 2026 high school graduates, and high school students age 16 and older. The symposium will be held from 8:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 11 in the Aultman Education Center Amphitheater.
Presenters will include physicians, nurses and administrators who will share their insights on the challenges and opportunities of working in health care. The health care career fair portion of the day will feature dozens of Aultman services and departments with hands-on activities for participants. In addition to the symposium, participants can opt to shadow physicians, nurses or other health care professionals during a rotation in July 2026.
The summer program is free to participants and supported in part by a grant from the Canton Regional Area Health Education Center. Registration is required before the June 4 deadline.
