Norwayne's Ava Maibach earned her second consecutive All-Ohio first-team honor in Division V from the Ohio Prep Sports Media Association, which released its All-Ohio girls basketball teams March 23.
Maibach averaged 13.9 points this season. Joining her in Div. V were teammates Allie DeMassimo and Hannah Froelich. DeMassimo was named to the third team with an average of 13.6 points, and Froelich earned an honorable mention selection with an average of 10.4 points.

Picking up special mention honors were Chippewa senior Aira Regan and Triway senior Sydney Frank. Regan averaged 12 points for a Chipps squad that advanced to the regional finals, and Frank averaged 13 points in helping the Titans to their second district title in program history.
Earning honorable mention were Delaney Marshall (Chippewa), Brooklyn Butzer (Orrville) and Payton Snyder (Triway).
In Div. VI, the area was highlighted by Smithville senior Leah Keib, who had a special season, leading her squad back to the regional finals. Keib averaged 16.8 points and was a first-team pick.
Selected third team were a pair of guards in Waynedale senior Kylie Geiser and Hiland junior Macy Mullet. Geiser averaged 8 points, and Mullet averaged 13 points.
Dalton senior Grace Dorffer and Hiland junior Reagan Zerger both were selected to the special mention team. Dorffer averaged 13.7 points, and Zerger averaged 13 points.

Earning honorable mention were Hiland’s Perryn Mishler (15.0) and Evie Mast (10.0), Waynedale’s Audrey Troyer (9.0), Loudonville’s Addison Wolford (11.1) and Dalton's Phoebe Lehman (9.2).

Headlining Div. IV was West Holmes senior Zalina Proper, who earned special mention with an average of 12 points. Her teammate and fellow senior Briar Cline also had an outstanding final campaign, averaging 10.4 points and earning honorable mention.
In Div. VII, Central Christian senior Maclaren Fry earned special mention honors, averaging 17.7 points.
