Kenyon volleyball team earns eighth straight AVCA honor

The American Volleyball Coaches Association announced Monday that the Kenyon College Owls earned the AVCA Team Academic Award, sponsored by INTENT, for the 2024-25 academic year.

The Team Academic Award honors volleyball programs that displayed excellence in the classroom during the academic year by maintaining at least a 3.30 cumulative team grade point average on a 4.0 scale. The 2024 Kenyon Owls had no problem clearing that mark, as the 16 student-athletes on the roster combined to post an impressive 3.64 team grade point average.

Collecting this most recent AVCA honor runs Kenyon’s streak to eight straight seasons and a total of nine Team Academic Awards.
