The Coshocton Canal Quilters’ Quilt Show will be held Friday, July 11 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, July 12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Coshocton Tabernacle Church on Genesis Drive. The cost is $5.

The theme of the show this year is “Celebrate America.” There will be six vendors from around the state, more than 100 quilted items, quilting demonstrations both days, a café, and a boutique with fabric and other quilting supplies for sale.

Raffle tickets will be sold for the Opportunity Quilt. This quilt was designed by Carol Shriver, and a team of quilters from the group made it. Tickets are $1 each or six for $5. The winning ticket will be drawn July 12 at 2:30 p.m. There also will be raffle tickets available for baskets.

This year the featured quilter is a family. Nancy Hatem and her three daughters are all members of the guild.

The quilt show will feature many classes of quilts such as theme quilts, applique quilts, mixed technique, needlework, special occasion, baby and more.
