TuscParks to host Follow the Flock 5K Trail Run/Walk

TuscParks is partnering with Yellowbrick on 39 to host the third annual 5K Follow the Flock Trail Run/Walk Monday, May 26. The race will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Norma Johnson Center, with all proceeds supporting the TuscParks trail systems in Tuscarawas County.

“This is the third year for the 5K Follow the Flock trail run at the Norma Johnson Center. The course is a challenging one, but participants have enjoyed the challenge in years past. The race is named ‘Follow the Flock’ due to Norma’s love and passion for sheep and their wool,” said Marsha Freeland, TuscParks education manager.

Yellowbrick on 39, co-host of the event, has provided use of its parking lot, patio, stage and restrooms for participants.

Registration details:
Early bird registration is open through May 2. The cost is $40 for adults and $30 for children 12 and under. Early registrants are guaranteed a race T-shirt. Registration will remain open through 9 a.m. on race day.
