TOPS discusses ways to overcome cravings

On July 2, TOPS OH1573 Nashville opened with pledges.

Geneva Pringle was the best weekly loser. She said to drink water and eat yogurt and leafy vegetables.

Lana Rush was the best weekly KOPS.

Janice Tope gave a program from May/June TOPS News titled “5 Strategies to Overcome Cravings.” Those strategies are to pause and reflect on your goal, align actions with goals, check your emotions, shift your choices, make intentional choices with each decision, and adjust your environment to reduce cravings.

The club meets at the Nashville Global Methodist Church on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m., with weigh-in at 5 p.m. The first meeting is free.
