Celebrate the return of spring and Equine Affaire in one weekend. Journey to the Ohio Expo Center April 10-13 for a four-day adventure in the world of horses at North America’s premier equine exposition and equestrian gathering.
Whether interested in learning more about horses, seeing horses perform feats, shopping a massive trade show or getting hands-on with a variety of educational activities, there’s something at Equine Affaire for horse lovers of all ages, skill levels and interests. Tickets for Equine Affaire and its nighttime show Fantasia are on sale now at www.equineaffaire.com.
Advance general admission tickets for adults are $18. Tickets for children age 7-10 are $10, and children age 6 and under get free admission. Adult four-day passes also are available for $55. There will be cash-only ticket sales available at the gate.
General admission includes access to all clinics, seminars and demonstrations; the brand-new Donkey Extravaganza; the Versatile Horse & Rider Competition; the Great Equestrian Fitness Challenge; the Breed Bonanza; Drive a Draft and other interactive activities; and all shopping and educational exhibits and pavilions.
Fantasia is a two-hour theatrical that showcases the beauty, grace and athleticism of horses and riders in a variety of performances. This performance will return for three nights only on April 10, 11 and 12. Tickets for Fantasia range from $16-$25 for children and adults. Children who are age 2 and under and can sit on a lap get in free.
Hours for Equine Affaire in Ohio are Thursday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The doors to the Coliseum will open for Fantasia at 6:45 p.m. each evening, and the show will begin at 7:30 p.m.
The Ohio Expo Center charges for parking: $10 for entry or $25 for a four-day pass. For the safety of all attendees, no pets are allowed on the grounds or in the buildings.
