447th MPs reunion coming to Long museum in Wooster

A reunion of the 447th Military Police will be held Saturday, Aug. 24 at the Long Military Museum, 334 E. South St., Wooster.
The reunion, open to all past members of the 447th, will take place from noon to 5 p.m., starting with arrival and social time from noon to 1 p.m. and lunch featuring pizza from Mariola Italian from 1-2 p.m.
The program agenda includes the following:
—Welcome from LTC Greg Long from 2-2:15 p.m.
—History of the 447th from Dave Beckett from 2:15-2:30 p.m.
—When I was 1SGT from Denny Clark and CW5 Mike Turner from 2:30-2:45 p.m.
—First woman in the 447th from CW5 (R) Mary Hostetler from 2:45-3 p.m.
—535th Bn MP Cmdr. Col. (R) George Rittel from 3-3:15 p.m.
—Ohio Ambassador to the Women’s Military Memorial Vicki Klingenberg from 3:15-3:30 p.m.
—Awards of the Marechaussee, Mary Hostetler and Mike Turner from 3:30-3:45 p.m.
—Museum open house from 3:45-5 p.m.
—Adjourn at 5 p.m.
