Dr. Randolph highlights rural health care
Coshocton OB/GYN emphasizes exercise for community wellness
The next doctor featured in the Coshocton Public Health District's informational spotlight is Dr. Walter Randolph, MD with the GMC OB/GYN Coshocton office. He specializes in gynecology/women's health.
"I have always focused on a more rural practice, first in Tuscarawas County and now in Coshocton," Randolph said. "I enjoy feeling like a part of the community and sharing in that community."
He encourages patients to never give up on their health and to not be afraid to come in for checkups.
"The greatest change we can all make is simple exercise," Randolph said. "Thirty to 45 minutes most days of the week can significantly cut cardiac and diabetes risk. It also maintains strength and balance."
