West Holmes kindergarten screening
Between Feb. 5 and April 26, parents with children who will be age 5 or 6 on or before Aug. 1 are asked to register their child at the West Holmes elementary school the child will most likely attend. Call the building secretary where your child will attend school. The building secretary will ask you for basic registration information about your child and sign your child up for a kindergarten screening appointment.
Once you have called and signed your child up for a screening appointment, you will receive an email explaining how to log onto the district website at www.westholmes.org and click on the Final Forms link. From there you can complete the necessary forms to register your child. Complete this process by Monday, May 6.
When you come to the screening, bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate, their immunizations, proof of residency and your photo ID so the school district has all the necessary paperwork on file.
Kindergarten screening dates are May 28 at Killbuck (330-276-2891), May 29-30 at Millersburg (330-674-5681) and May 31 at Nashville (330-378-2111).
