Tobacco cessation classes at Aultman

Aultman Orrville Hospital will offer free tobacco cessation classes to encourage community members to quit smoking. The next four-week session will begin Monday, Nov. 4 at 6 p.m. in AOH’s community room.

Led by a tobacco treatment specialist and a respiratory therapist, Quit and Win covers everything from how to create a personalized quitting plan to tips on staying tobacco-free. Participants will need to attend weekly one-hour sessions every Monday from Nov. 4-25.
