Pringle and Rush earn TOPS honors

On July 3, TOPS OH1573 Nashville opened with pledges. Geneva Pringle was best weekly loser. She said to watch what you eat and to eat many vegetables and fruit. Lana Rush was best weekly KOPS.
The program came from the AARP Magazine, a story that told how the ecosystem in people’s gut slows as people age. When people eat right, they can improve their microbiome system. Whole foods are best, and people should aim to eat at least 30 different plants, seeds, nuts and whole grains each week.
Next week Lana Rush will have the program.
TOPS Club meets each week at the Nashville Global Methodist Church at 5:30 p.m. with weigh-in at 5 p.m. The group will meet Thursdays through Aug. 1. The first meeting is free.
