Pomerene welcomes the first baby of 2024

Pomerene Hospital recently welcomed the arrival of the first baby born in 2024. Baby Martha C. was born at 1:12 a.m. on Jan. 1, weighing 5 pounds, 13.8 ounces and measuring in at 19 inches.

To celebrate, the Pomerene Hospital Auxiliary Board provided a special basket of goodies to parents Chris and Mary Yoder.
