Pastor Coblentz to move to a church in northwest Ohio

Pastor Glenn Coblentz and his wife, Viola, of Longenecker Mennonite Church, will be moving on to serve Christ in the northwest Ohio area. Pastor Glenn and Viola arrived 18 years ago for their first pastorate assignment at Longenecker with two small children and a great energy to serve Christ. The church has grown and come to love them and their family, which now includes four children. The church will miss Pastor Glenn’s spirited sermons and the great sense of humor that he displayed on a regular basis. The church will celebrate Pastor Glenn and Viola’s 18 years of service on Sunday, July 11. The public is welcome to attend and say thank you at an open house, from 1-3 p.m., at the church.
