Millersburg American Legion Halloween parade winners

This year marked the 68th Halloween parade sponsored by the Millersburg American Legion Post 192. Around 65 participants attended, and the winners were selected by Marty Grice and Linda Campbell. Cash prizes were given to the winners by Legion members Larry Shaffer, Kelly Curren & Craig Lawhead.
