Learn to cook in cast iron
On Wednesday, Feb. 28, Kate Shumaker and Corinna Gromley from the OSU Extension will bring their skillets to the Dover Public Library to present a program titled Cooking in Cast Iron.
Shumaker and Gromley will help attendees gain confidence in cooking in cast iron. They will discuss cookware selection, seasoning and care while participants sample recipes prepared in cast iron.
