Aultman Orrville Hospital will offer two free information sessions on its weight-management programs on Thursday, Jan. 18 at 12:15 and 6:15 p.m.

The free sessions will guide participants through what they can expect from Aultman Orrville Sports & Wellness’ Healthy Lifestyles and Transformation X programs. Attendees also will hear about clients who have similar weight-loss struggles and learn how they have lost weight and improved their body composition while moving forward in managing a healthy lifestyle.

“We are here to help you achieve your goals while supporting behavior tools that lead to long-term success,” said Dave Speicher, sports and wellness supervisor. “During this informal session, we will discuss tools and key tracking indicators for success with the Healthy Lifestyles program. On average participants in this program lose between 10-20 pounds.”

Transformation X is a metabolic-focused program that emphasizes high-intensity training. This type of physical activity produces more lean mass to increase energy and function while decreasing body fat percentage.

“It has been great to see a diverse group of clients become excited and achieve their goals with the Transformation X training and fueling with food for success,” said Bob Fratena, sports and wellness exercise specialist/health coach.

The Jan. 18 session will be held at Aultman Orrville Sports & Wellness, 365 S. Crown Hill Road, Orrville. For more information or to register for a session, call 330-684-4732.
