The Hiland girls basketball team picked up a 49-27 win over Newcomerstown at the Inter-Valley Conference Showcase Feb. 7.
Perryn Mishler (27 points, six rebounds), Macy Mullet (nine points, six assists), Payton Yoder (seven rebounds, four steals), Reagan Zerger (five rebounds, three steals) and Sienna Immel (three steals) led the Hawks.
Hiland cruised to a 53-22 win over Holmes County rival West Holmes in nonleague action Feb. 4.
Mishler (14 points, four rebounds, five steals), Mullet (13 points, seven rebounds, six assists, four steals), Zerger (10 points, five rebounds, three steals), Josie Hubble (four rebounds, three steals), Victoria Weaver (six rebounds) and Yoder (five steals) paced the Hawks.
