Grant available for structure demolition

The Holmes County Planning Commission recently announced an opportunity for property owners. Thanks to a grant allocated for community improvement, it is offering assistance to demolish vacant structures at no cost to the property owner.

How to participate

If you own a property with a vacant structure that needs demolition, call Arnie Oliver at the Holmes County Planning Commission at 330-674-8625 and request to have your property added to the demolition list.

There is no cost to property owners. This initiative aims to alleviate the financial burden on property owners.

All project submissions must be made by March. Act promptly to ensure your property is considered for this grant.
