Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare recently received a donation of $25,000 from Friendtique, a local boutique resale shop in downtown Wooster.

Friendtique’s gift marks an impressive milestone of $1.3 million in its lifetime donations to Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare Community Care Fund.

Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare is grateful for the continued support.

“Friendtique has been a wonderful community partner to Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare,” said Katherine Ritchie, development director at Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare. “We’re so thankful for the continued community support. When you donate, shop or volunteer at Friendtique, you’re helping to support local patients and families at Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare.”

Located at 223 W. Liberty St., Friendtique features furniture, artwork, household goods, décor, antique glassware and jewelry.

Friendtique’s sister store, NEST, is a curated selection of some of the higher-end vintage home finds donated to Friendtique. Located at 132 N. Walnut St., NEST features endless shopping opportunities.

Donations to Friendtique are accepted during business hours Wednesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
