February was busy at Love Center

A total of 256 different families came to the Love Center during the month of February. Some families came in more than once, making a grand total of 359 visits. Food from the Akron-Canton Regional Food Bank was 30,462 pounds, and food donated by businesses, churches and individuals was 9,598 pounds. Volunteer hours served at the Love Center totaled 757.
Food and cash donations from churches and ministries include the following: Church of God Food Pantry, Faith Bible Church, St. John’s Church of Walnut Creek, St. John’s Women’s Ministry of Millersburg and Zion Reformed Church of Winesburg.
Food and cash donations from businesses, organizations and clubs include the following: Arrowhead Deer Processing, Berlin Natural Bakery, Emma Cates Crust Bakery, Farmerstown Auction, Green Leaf, Hershberger Farm & Bakery, Hillcrest Orchard, Hillside Custom, Holmes County Humane Society, Hummel Group, Inn Maid Noodles, Jitters Coffee House, Kauffman Bakery, McDonald’s of Millersburg, Mt. Hope Auction, Ohio Division of Wildlife and Troyer Manufacturing.
Food and cash donations of individuals include the following: Michael K. Anderson, Alvin Bowman, Ray Casdorph, Robert Craft, Debra Eckelberry, Kayleen Elliott, Rhonda Foote, Beth Hershberger, Thomas and Jennifer Jeffries, Leonard Jorz, Arden Kauffman, Christine Leyda, Kenneth Miller, Allen Raber, Harold Snyder, Steve Weldy, Katharyn Wheeler, and four anonymous.
Cash contributions for the general fund can be sent to P.O. Box 31, Millersburg, OH 44654, and food donations can be dropped off at the Love Center at 1291 Massillon Road, Suite A, Millersburg, any Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
