Display celebrates quilting

The Valley Quilt Guild would like to invite the public to the Dover Public Library’s featured collection for the month of September.

Dedicated to perpetuating the art of quilting and community service, the guild provides educational opportunities for the community while also creating an atmosphere of fellowship for those interested in quilting in its many forms.

Organizations they have donated their time and work to include the Foster/Adoption Unit of Tuscarawas County Job & Family Services, Snuggled in Hope, the Valentine project and others.

The Valley Quilt Guild also invites the public to attend its upcoming Quilt Show on Oct. 11 and 12 at the Sacred Heart Parish Center, 320 Fair Ave. NE, New Philadelphia.

Dover Public Library also would like to remind the public that if they have a collection to share to contact the library.
