Brews & Bites supports the mission of United Way

United Way of Tuscarawas County will host its fourth annual Brews & Bites, a fundraising event sponsored by Dover-Phila Federal Credit Union, on Sept. 14 from 3-6 p.m. at the Performing Arts Center at Kent State Tuscarawas.

This fundraiser began in 2021 and has grown to include seven breweries and five food truck options.

Breweries include Hoodletown Brewing Company, Lockport Brewery, Millersburg Brewing Company, Guernsey Brew House, Burial Beer, Main Sail Brewery and Wooly Pig Farm Brewery. Food trucks in attendance include Zontini Wood Fired Pizza Oven, Black Sheep Salad, The Big Papi’s Potatoes, Bowen Appetit Catering & Concessions and Kent State Catering.

Tickets are available for $60 per person and include unlimited craft beer samples, a $5 food voucher that can be used at any of the participating food trucks and a commemorative glass. Attendees must be 21 and older. Tickets are available presale only.

Ticket holders can get a $5 ticket to see recording artist Elle King at the Performing Arts Center at 7 p.m.

The Performing Arts Center at Kent State Tuscarawas is located at 330 University Drive NE in New Philadelphia.
