The British Invasion and Aftermath will perform their new show, “East Meets West,” at Lions Lincoln Theatre, 156 Lincoln Way E., Massillon, on Saturday, Oct. 19 at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are $20 for the balcony and $25 for the floor. All seats are reserved and may be purchased online at www.lionslincolntheatre.org or by calling 330-481-9105.

The show features a look back at the rock and roll music scene of the ’60s. Each band will play separately, as they perform the hits of the East (England) and the West (America).

The musical group known as The British Invasion covers the music from all of the English groups, from The Animals and The Zombies to The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, The Who, The Dave Clark Five, The Hollies, Herman’s Hermits, The Searchers and more. Everything has been reproduced, from the music, clothing and hairstyles to the vintage guitars and equipment.

The British Invasion has shared stages with Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame member Terry Sylvester of The Hollies, Joey Molland of Badfinger, The Cyrkle, Peter Noone of Herman’s Hermits, and Bo Donaldson and The Heywoods.

Aftermath recreates the American music of the ‘60s, featuring reproductions of some of the most memorable songs from the era. They deliver the sights with period-correct costuming and deliver the sounds of the ‘60s. They perform hits from artists including The Monkees, Grass Roots, Turtles and Strawberry Alarm Clock.

Aftermath has shared the stage with the likes of The Hollies, 1964 The Tribute, Peter Noone, The Vogues, Gary Lewis & The Playboys, The Buckinghams, 1910 Fruitgum Co. and several other national acts.
