30 locals named to the All-East District football teams

The All-East District football teams were recently released, and several local players earned honors.
West Holmes had 14 players named to the Division IV teams.
Senior quarterback Morgan Smith, junior running back/wide receiver Lynn Cline, senior wide receiver Logan Zollars and senior lineman Morgan Eastep were first-team picks on offense.
Senior lineman Hunter McCluggage and sophomore linebacker Braxton Blake were first-team selections on defense.
Junior wide receiver Brock Gallion and senior lineman Hayden Smith were second-team choices on offense while sophomore linebacker Maddox Graham was a second-team pick on defense.
Brody Bowman, Blake Weiss, Braylen McKinney, Darren Gallion and Zachary Shepler earned honorable mention accolades.
Garaway had 16 players named to the Div. V teams.
Senior running back Dillon Soehnlen was named Co-Offensive Player of the Year while senior linebacker Jayce Wallick was selected Tri-Defensive Player of the Year.
Soehnlen was joined on the first-team offense by senior quarterback Brady Geibel, senior wide receiver Bronson Speedy, senior lineman Bryce Yoder and senior kicker Anderson Colon.
Wallick was joined on the first-team defense by junior linemen Colson Keller and Dillon King.
Junior wide receiver Micah Yoder and junior lineman Brady Miller were second-team picks on offense while junior lineman Cooper Gintz and sophomore linebacker Matthew Frey were second-team choices on defense.
Braden Raber, Wyatt Miller, Wyatt Reifenschneider and Braxton Speed received honorable mention accolades.
