Sourdough workshop set for Coshocton County
Join Corinna Gromley June 17 for a free bread-making class at Three Rivers Fire District's community room
Ohio State University Extension will welcome Corinna Gromley, the family and consumer sciences educator in Carroll County, to teach a sourdough bread workshop this summer in Coshocton County.
Follow a beginner’s sourdough journey, learning techniques from start to finish. Gromley will teach about a variety of yeast breads and baking methods. Attendees will taste a variety of yeast bread types.
The Art & Science of Sourdough: Let’s Get Breaducated will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 17 in the Three Rivers Fire District's community room, 24199 state Route 621, Coshocton (near Canal Lewisville). The class is free, but registration is required at go.osu.edu/junesourdough.
