Carrollton Village firefighters were called to the 6000 block of Mackel Rd. at 2:40 p.m. today for a mower on fire. A Co-Op worker was reportedly clearing a field under power lines when the mower caught on fire.

Firefighters also responded to gas line leak on Daniel Ave, Carrollton, and a garage fire on near the intersection of Bellflower Rd. and Ridge Circle this morning.
