The lecture, The Postboy Murder, will be held Saturday, Sept. 20 at 2 p.m. in the Roscoe Visitor Center.

On Sept. 8, 1825, a young mail carrier was ambushed and killed just south of Newcomerstown. His traveling companion was falsely accused of the crime.

Chris Hart takes on the role of the wrongly accused, sharing his struggle to prove his innocence and the dramatic manhunt that ultimately brought the real killer to justice.
