Bulldogs fall short in loss to Centerburg

A comeback attempt fell just short for the East Knox boys’ basketball team on Jan. 23.

The Bulldogs trailed Centerburg by four heading into the final quarter before attempting the comeback. The Trojans were able, though, to hold on and win 49-48.

Rush Beatty led the Bulldogs with 12 points, including six in the final frame. Kyson Miller and Peyton Hull added 11 each, while Mason Payne had eight.
