Weavers celebrate 50th anniversary

Milo and Cindy Weaver, of Punta Gorda Isles, Fla., celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary July 14. They were married in 1962 in Canal Fulton. Their children are Robert (Bob) and Christina (Chris) Weaver, of Brewster. They have three grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica and Tiffany, and two great-grandchildren, Hannah and Grady.Both are retired from the company they founded in 1979. Milo invented the door stop with vinyl and has been manufacturing Weaver Seal for around garage doors at the Weaver Products facility in Winesburg, where it is currently still manufactured.The Weavers attend church at Brewster Friends when they are in Ohio, and Berian Church in Florida. They enjoy traveling in their motorhome and riding their three-wheel motorcycle. The couple went on a cruise to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The children of Milo and Cindy want to thank them for being the best parents in the world. “Happy 50th anniversary! We love you!”
