Trumpet in the Land to offer 4 ‘Dracula’ shows

On Friday, Oct. 6 at 8 p.m., Trumpet in the Land will have its first of four performances of “Dracula.”

This production is inspired by Bram Stoker’s original text.

The cast of “Dracula” includes Joe Bonamico as The Count, Bart Herman as Professor Van Helsing, Zac Rusk as Dr. Peter Seward, DeeAnne McCoy as Martha Westenra, Don Irven as Henry Westenra, Anthony Harbert as Jonathan Harker, Kat Robertson as Mina Murray, Mark Durbin as Charles the butler, Tom Reed as Renfield, Jack Thomas as Arthur Holmwood and Lora Cotton as the servant.

Performances are Oct. 6, 7, 13 and 14 at 8 p.m. in the Trumpet in the Land Amphitheatre. Tickets, which can be purchased by calling 330-339-1132 or 330-364-5111, are $20 for adults, $18 for seniors and $10 for children. Tickets also can be purchased at the box office after 6 p.m. on the night of the performance.

On Thursday, Oct. 5, starting at 6 p.m., the cast of “Dracula” will be the guests of honor at Maggoo’s Restaurant. Dinner reservations are available through the restaurant.

The Trumpet in the Land Amphitheatre is located at 1600 Trumpet Drive NE in New Philadelphia.
