Support expressed for candidates

Letter to the Editor,

The November elections are always important. The voters are putting someone in office, not just for a short time, but for the next four years — in most cases.

The citizens of Dover should take this election seriously because it is a critical time for the city, and they deserve leaders who will move the city forward in the next four years.

There are three candidates who have proven themselves over the years: Shane Gunnoe, Sandy Moss and Greg Bair.

Mayor Shane Gunnoe has already shown his ability to move the city forward and reinvigorate the entire workforce of the city. Citizens can see services being performed and continued improvements being made.

Both Sandy Moss and Greg Bair have been council members for many years. They both have been the best examples of what a council person should be and should do. They always come to council prepared for the serious issues on the agenda. Their decisions are always based on what is best for the citizens of Dover. They respond to the concerns of citizens promptly and find answers to their questions. They take the ideas presented by citizens to heart and present them to council for serious consideration. They both consider it an honor to serve the citizens of Dover, and they take that responsibility very seriously.

I ask every voter to place their trust in these established servants of your city — Dover, Ohio. Vote for Shane Gunnoe, Sandy Moss and Greg Bair.
